My relative get married last Sunday. I wanna attached you all some photos about the wedding ceremony preparation . As u know, Sarawak have many ethnic such as malay, kadazan, kenyah, bidayuh, iban, melanau and etc.. this is about malay wedding preparation.. The preparation been very smoothly with cousins and relatives cooperations. You can see how buzy on 2 or 3 days before the ceremony. I hope you will enjoy the photos. Umbut kelapa is sweet and tasty. Do Sarawakians cook umbut kelapa in coconut milk? I wonder, when you need to cook so many umbuts, aren't you actually sacrificing a lot of your coconut trees? Is umbut considered a luxury food item in a wedding feast in Sarawak?

Temuk yes we uaually cooked with coconut milk and belacan and dried prawn wah!!! very nice.
